Parties

This agreement is between Love with Kayla Anderson ("Kayla", "we") and {{full_name}} ("you"), made on {{today}}. Sample only, not legal advice. Replace with Kayla's reviewed agreement.

The program

You are joining {{program}} at the {{tier}} level, a twelve-month group mentorship running from {{start_date}} to {{end_date}}. It includes live weekly calls, quarterly Activation Portals, The Sanctuary and the Course Vault, the community space, and anything else listed for your tier. Fees and payment

The investment is {{price}} USD, paid as {{payment_plan}}. Installments are charged automatically on the same day each month. Your place is confirmed when the first payment clears.

No refunds

Because places are limited and the work begins the moment you join, there are no refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason including change of mind, non-attendance or early withdrawal. Please join only if it feels aligned and you are ready to take full responsibility for your investment.

Missed installments

If an installment fails, we will let you know and retry. If a payment is more than 14 days late, access to calls and the community may be paused until the account is current. Choosing a payment plan commits you to the full investment, not only the installments paid to date.

Confidentiality and conduct

What is shared in the sisterhood stays in the sisterhood. You agree not to share other members' names, stories, businesses or numbers outside the group. You agree to show up with kindness and to leave space for every woman in the room.

Recordings

Calls are recorded so you can catch up across time zones. Recordings are for members only and may not be shared or published. By joining a live call you consent to being recorded. If you would prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and let us know.

Kayla's materials

Everything in The Sanctuary, the Course Vault, portals, transmissions and calls is Kayla's intellectual property, licensed to you for your personal use while you are a member and afterwards for your own reference. You may not resell, teach from, or reproduce it.

No guarantees

Kayla will hold you with everything she has. Your results depend on you. Nothing here promises a particular income, launch or outcome. This program is coaching and mentorship, not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis please reach out to a qualified professional.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid under this agreement.

Ending the agreement

We may end your membership for serious or repeated breaches of conduct or confidentiality, with no refund. You may leave at any time; fees remain payable as above.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

Signing

By typing your name and signing below you confirm you have read this agreement in full, that you are over 18, and that you enter it freely.
